My love affair with recording music started in high school with a garage band and a 4-track tape recorder.

Only one band in my hometown had a 4-track tape recorder but they didn't know how to use it. I taught myself how to utilize the technology and started borrowing it to record other bands. After graduating high school I sought out London Bridge Studio and Rick Parashar, eventually getting hired as the house engineer in 1994. I was fortunate enough to work on a lot of records, some you might of heard and more that you have not. After cutting my chops, I went out on my own as a freelance engineer to work at other local studios: Avast, Robert Lang, X, Orbit, and studios in LA, Chicago, Nashville, Memphis and Mississippi. In 2005 my journey came full circle when multi-platinum producer Jonathan Plum and I partnered together and purchased London Bridge Studio.

Located just north of Seattle, London Bridge Studio offers a full service recording environment, boasting a vintage Neve console and recording rooms for vocals, drums, guitars, even a room large enough to host all of Blue Thunder - The Seahawks drumline. I encourage studio tours for musicians and bands looking to record the next generation of influential music.

In 2012 my passion for recording music expanded when I began to collaborate with beat master and co-writer Joey Veneziani to create language learning music for children, aptly titled "The Hello Kids." It is a musical learning experience appropriate for children of any age, teaching languages with catchy melodies and danceable beats. Check out more of The Hello Kids here: www.HelloKidsMusic.com

I spend most of my time producing and mixing albums and love to hear new music. Give me a shout out below and together we can make the greatest album of all time.
