Recording Times

A 5 song demo requires approximately 34 hours (2 or 3 days to record the basic tracks, vocals, harmonies, and solos, plus one or two days to mixdown and master) to complete. A good rule of thumb is 1 minute of recorded music = 1 to 1½ hours of studio time.

Data Storage

Backing up your work is an essential part of the recording experience. Backups are officially YOUR property. LBS is not responsible for any loss or damage to your files.

Recommend hard drives for tracking can be purchased at Pacific Pro Audio for back up, an inexpensive USB harddrive can be purchased at Costco, Offic Max, Frys, etc.
